This MBA is aimed at students who might want to apply entrepreneurial approaches in both profit and not for profit organizations, in small or large organizations, and at global or local levels. Students might also be planning to own their own entrepreneurial venture at some stage in their career. Students will develop the necessary skills and knowledge to conduct advanced research into a variety of entrepreneurial issues whilst focusing on the role and impact of entrepreneurship.

The MBA Entrepreneurship program at iFIM will enable our students to benefit from a broad, analytical and integrated introduction to business and management. Face real-world challenges and experience practical, hands-on learning throughout are the salient features of this course.

The students need the skills to not only successfully manage a business for her/his employer, but also the skills needed to go out on her/his own. The student requires the skillset used by entrepreneurs to develop their own ideas and create their own organizational structure – as well as to manage and administer it.

The Entrepreneurship MBA at iFIM is a broad analytical study of business, with a focus on entrepreneurship. It will give the students a comprehensive awareness of organizational issues and the ability to evaluate the potential outcomes of complicated or problematic situations, in a variety of contexts.

With a keen interest in business, the students will recognize the practices of entrepreneurship – play, empathy, creation, experimentation and reflection. They can relate their experiences to the field of entrepreneurship to build a successful organization.

A mandatory 9 months of internship is an integral part of this MBA. In order to start the internship, the students need to reach a B1 level in French language. At the successful completion of this MBA program, the graduates can either start working for companies or NGOs. The more ambitious graduates can start their own business. In either case, iFIM will accompany our graduates. iFIM will accompany our MBA Graduates in starting their business or finding their first employment and in the related administrative procedures.
