Philosophy of iFIM

Institut Français d’Intégration des Métiers – iFIM owes its origin to the philosophy of creating an ambitious higher education institute which should differ from all others not only in its outlook but also in the programs of education that we impart. Our basic philosophy is to develop and run training courses and educational programs only in the fields of shortage skill areas in France and in other countries which should assure the employment of our candidates by the time they complete their course. Our essential philosophy envisions the immediate employability of our candidates and the social, cultural, linguistic and professional integration of our candidates in French society as well as in other European cultures. We train our candidates to evolve not only into skilled professionals but also into better individuals in Europe.
